Our experienced psychologists utilize the latest and most effective, evidence-based psychotherapy counseling techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for depression and anxiety disorders, stress management and relaxation training, biofeedback, health psychology and wellness techniques, behavior modification, conflict resolution, and anger management. If needed, our psychologists can refer clients to a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner in our psychiatry service.
