Alexis Jette, LCSW

Alexis M. Jette is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2022. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College and a Masters in Social Work from Simmons University. Alexis approaches all of her clients through a strengths-based perspective that is tailored to their individual needs. She has specific expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Alexis also draws from a variety of modalities including dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and prolonged exposure therapy. In collaboration, she works together with clients toward healing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Alexis strives to create a warm and safe environment as they work towards meaningful positive change. In her spare time, Alexis enjoys hiking, yoga, Pilates, knitting, gardening, puzzles, weightlifting, and live music.

Education and Certifications:

Alexis received a Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University including a certificate in Mental Health Practice. She completed her field placement at the Eliot Center for Community Human Services. Prior to her Master’s, she received a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College.
