Dr. Kozlowski is post-doctoral fellow providing individual psychotherapy to adults and young adults. She uses an integrative approach that incorporates psychodynamic, insight-oriented, and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic perspectives within a lens that acknowledges multifaceted and intersecting identities.
Dr. Kozlowski strives to provide space for clients to pause, reflect, and gain support. Together, we will work to identify strengths, build resiliency, and resolve conflicts. Engaging in therapy often allows for healing, growth, and change, and it is Dr. Kozlowski’s hope that she can support you on your journey towards wellness.
Dr. Kozlowski received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. She has extensive training working with a diverse group of emerging adults and adults in both high school, university counseling, and community clinics. She received her MA in sport psychology from John. F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, CA and has worked with athletes to improve their mental resiliency across a wide range of sports. Dr. Kozlowski received her BA in anthropology from Yale University, where she was a two-sport athlete in both ice hockey and softball. She completed her APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at the University of California, Davis in the sport psychology track. She provided therapy to undergraduate and graduate students, while simultaneously providing counseling and performance consultation to Division I varsity sport teams and individual student-athletes.
