Meredith provides evidence-based psychological treatments to adolescents and adults. She utilizes multiple treatment modalities depending on her client’s unique needs, which include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Her treatment approach focuses on a strengths-based perspective to help individuals find pathways to healing and coping.Meredith’s areas of specialty include treating anxiety-related disorders, depression,
self-harm, mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, behavioral disorders, and relationship challenges.
Meredith received her clinical social work training at Boston University, where she earned her Master of Social Work (MSW). While earning her master’s degree, Meredith gained her experience through her clinical internships at Boston Adult Technical Academy and at Boston Children’s Hospital at Waltham.
