Terri Clack is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner as well as a certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. Her clinical background includes treating a range of patients with mental health diagnoses including major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder. Terri brings empathy, a comfortable communication style, and a relatable viewpoint, providing a more pleasant setting for patients to talk freely.
Terri prescribes appropriate medications, as needed, for medication management but also believes in incorporating non-pharmacological interventions for a more holistic approach. Terri believes that it is imperative that each patient feels comfortable expressing all of their concerns so that they can work together to develop an individualized treatment plan.

Terri completed her master’s degree in nursing for adult-gerontology nurse practitioner tract, specializing in primary care, at Georgia State University. Upon obtaining her board certification, Terri worked at the VA Medical Center of Atlanta as part of a 1-year nurse practitioner residency program. Terri completed her post master’s degree for the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner tract at Georgia State University and became a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
