Zuleida Aleman-Herba, LMHC, PhD

Therapy & Counseling   |   Cambridge, MA

Zuleida Aleman-Herba is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing adults with individual, marriage, and family therapeutic support, with a special interest in creating a safe counseling space that supports the hidden work of women, mothers, caregivers, and parents of children with special needs. Zuleida’s work is client-centered and collaborative, as she draws from trauma informed techniques that intersect psychodynamic therapy informed by attachment, family systems, narrative, cognitive-behavioral, and solution focused therapy. With over a decade in practice, Zuleida holds several certifications including SYMBIS (Saving your Marriage Before It Starts,) Gottman Marriage Level 3, EMDR Trauma Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
